3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Quotations – All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary based on material costs, postage rates, or additional requests.

3.2 Payment Terms – Payment must be made before production begins, unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in order delays.

3.3 Cancellations & Refunds – Once an order has been approved and sent for production, cancellations are not possible, and refunds will not be issued.

4. Delivery & Turnaround

4.1 We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery times. However, delays due to third-party couriers, suppliers, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

4.2 Risk of loss or damage to printed materials passes to you upon delivery.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 You must provide accurate information, including delivery details, artwork, and data files.

5.2 You confirm that any materials supplied do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

5.3 You are responsible for obtaining GDPR-compliant data for mailing campaigns. We will not be liable for any legal issues arising from improper use of data.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Any designs, templates, or materials created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

6.2 If you provide artwork, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

7. Liability & Indemnity

7.1 We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of business or revenue, resulting from delays or errors in print and mailing.

7.2 You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, or legal costs arising from the content of your printed materials.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

8.1 We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 when handling customer data.

8.2 Any personal data provided for mailing campaigns will be handled securely and only used for the intended purpose.
